This place serves the very best coffee in Boone. I recently graduated from App State and moved to Charlotte, and despite Charlotte's size, I still cannot find a comparable cappuccino. Most of the staff do a very good job, particularly theâ€¦

Pros: THE bests coffee, roasted right in the store.

Espresso News is tucked into Howard St - so if you blink you might miss it! It is the perfect place to get a cup of coffee between classes or find an unique book. The staff is super nice and willing to answer your questions.

Great baked goods, excellent coffee, nice hang out.\r \r Located in downtown Boone, within walking distance of the Mast Store. Very close to campus. Friendly folks.
